The Why
Closing the Gap
I created The Law School Advantage (LSA) to offer students an edge in their legal education. As a law professor, I've encountered so many students who have great potential, but they just need some individual attention to help connect the dots and close the gap. Law school is challenging and learning is not "one-size fits all." Lessons and strategies that are tailored to a student's own learning style can help them gain the confidence they need to be competitive in law school and excel in their career.
Paying it Forward.
When students help themselves, they'll help others. A portion of all purchased tutoring packages will go towards a Bar Exam scholarship fund. This scholarship will be offered to qualifying students to help them pay their expenses while they prepare for the Bar Exam. Studying for the Bar is stressful enough. Eliminating some financial stress will give students who need it an added advantage and free up mental space so they can focus on the task of passing the Bar.

We address a student’s mindset and any limiting beliefs that may be hindering their progress. Having a strong mindset lends itself to a clearer focus on goals and the steps that must be taken to get there
Once we have developed a strong mindset, we start setting goals and making a plan for success.
Once we have addressed the mindset and established clear goals, we focus on habits and skills. This looks different for each student, but the key is to build discipline that will carry through their career. We believe that with self-discipline, almost anything is possible. Strongly disciplined and highly skilled students become successful attorneys.
The Law School Advantage provides built in accountability with our weekly tutoring sessions. Our tutors keep students accountable to the goals they set for themselves and track their progress.
